Induction Measurement
We’re often asked to help organisations assess whether their induction procedures are hitting the spot.

This is typically a twofold exercise, 1. to check whether employees received enough of the right kind if information and are not missing anything such as employee handbooks or training manuals. And 2. to ensure that everything that should go into their induction has actually taken place (a procedures check).

Particularly useful for monitoring external 3rd party trainers and complex induction processes, but equally useful as a quick call to ensure a new employee is up to speed and has everything they need.

We are able to hold a stock of the relevant material and mail people directly if they are missing anything. This saves your team an enormous amount of administration time and maintains your image as an organisation for whom its employees really matter.
